Step 2 — Complete Required Client Forms

 
To legally act on your behalf, all onboarding documents must be completed.

Allows Final Affairs to communicate directly with providers and institutions.

Permits organizations to release necessary account and service information.

Step 3 — Secure Submission & Review

 
After all forms are submitted:

✔ Documentation is reviewed within 24–48 hours
✔ A confirmation email is sent
✔ Your case is officially activated
✔ Provider coordination begins

 

Step 4 — Service Activation

 
Once onboarding is complete, Final Affairs will:
 
  • Contact listed providers
  • Begin closure coordination
  • Monitor follow-ups
  • Provide status updates based on your selected plan
